"This place is the best place to go for food on Casey Key! Not only is the seafood great but the atmosphere is the best with tables that have fire pits and dancing and ocean views. The Steam Pots are Great! Drinks such as Pops Punch is a must!" (from Trip Advisor review)
Straddling either side of Casey Key Road, at the south bridge, Nokomis Beach features 20 unspoiled acres of sea grapes and Australian pines. Offering public access to the inter-coastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico, this beach supplies a boat ramp, fishing sites, a children’s playground, free parking, lifeguards, restrooms, picnic tables with grills and showers. Walkovers to the beach are bridged by boardwalks traversing the dunes. A concession stand and bait shop are located nearby.
INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES
Reclining, floating wheelchairs are available from lifeguards to power through deep sand and water.
If you are concerned about the availability of any amenity at this beach, please contact the beach directly.
