There is a modern concession building that houses a snack bar/restaurant, and a gift / tackle shop with restrooms and changing areas. This park is popular with fishermen, who fish along the inlet and from the pier. You’ll also find a few surfers in the water, bike riders on the beach, and a small family- oriented beach crowd.
The beach at Jetty Park is extremely wide at low tide and is very flat. There aren’t many shells, but the sand is whiter and finer than the sand on the rest of Cocoa Beach. In fact, the beach at Jetty Park almost resembles New Smyrna Beach more than Cocoa Beach.
Alcohol is allowed on the beach as long as it is not in a glass container.
